i was absolutely astonished by the usb charger that didn't work, causing my phone to almost die. then, i was denied a complimentary upgrade, even though (clearly) i deserved it. how hard is it to make things right? i'll give credit to the clean room, though it barely made up for my night. just couldn’t give a good review.

my stay at crossroads motel was fantastic. the manager, april, was super helpful, even setting up a hose for my bike after a long ride. this place is just a short walk from the rock island spur trail and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. i’ll definitely be back next time.
strongly recommend

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
My stay was amazing! The room was spotless, and the manager, April, went above and beyond-she even set up a hose for me to clean my bike after the Katy Trail. Having the option to keep the same room for an extra night was a lifesaver for my group.
totally recommend 😊❤️

Comfort and convenience on a budget
Stayed for a night and was super impressed! The room had a mini-fridge and microwave that made snacks easy. Plus, it was cozy enough for my family and our bikes. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for breakfast, but a coffee pot would’ve been a game changer.

The Budget Double Room was super comfy. It had a clean vibe, and I loved the modern air-conditioner that worked great. The bed was cozy, perfect for recharging after a long bike ride. April, the manager, was a gem and made sure I had everything I needed. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room, but overall, it was a solid stay!

This place was a proper fit for a city holiday in Windsor with fantastic value for money. The staff helped make a fire in the fire pit, which was super cozy after a long day out. Bring your own lighter just in case.
